You can delete your FeeSaathi account and all the data in it at any time.
How to delete your account
- Email rahul@feesaathi.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my FeeSaathi account".
- We confirm by email within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your account (name, email, password hash, phone, UPI ID, settings) and everything in it: students, parent contacts, batches, fees and dues, receipts, attendance, timetable and announcements.
What we may keep
Payment references that Razorpay sends us, only where Indian law requires us to keep them, for up to the period the law requires. Messages already delivered on WhatsApp stay on the parents' phones; we cannot delete those.
Just want to remove one parent or student? Open Students in the app, tap the student, and archive or delete them. Parents can also ask their tutor, or email us.
