Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use FeeSaathi (feesaathi.com, app.feesaathi.com and the FeeSaathi Android app), run by Rahul Bhatia, Delhi, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

FeeSaathi helps tutors and coaching classes keep track of students and fees, send fee reminders, receipts and class notices to parents on WhatsApp, and create payment links.

Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old and running your own tuition or coaching work.

Price

FeeSaathi is free for your first 10 students. If we introduce paid plans for more students or extra features, we will tell you at least 30 days before any charge applies, and you can choose not to upgrade.

Using FeeSaathi properly

• Only add parents and students who know you use FeeSaathi, and only message them about your classes and fees.
• No spam, abusive messages, or anything illegal. Follow WhatsApp's rules when messaging parents.
• Don't try to break, overload or copy the service.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Payments between you and parents

Fees go straight from parents to your UPI ID or your Razorpay account. FeeSaathi is not a party to those payments and does not hold your money. Refunds, disputes and failed payments are between you, the parent and the payment provider. Razorpay's own terms apply to payment links.

Your data

You own the data you add. We use it only to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it by emailing us.

Availability

We work hard to keep FeeSaathi running, but it is provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. Please double-check important amounts before you send them.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost fees or lost business, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (zero on the free plan).

Ending your account

You can stop using FeeSaathi and delete your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms, and will give notice where we reasonably can.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before it applies.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Delhi have jurisdiction.
